This is actually a project I’ve created at multiple companies. What I did was to outfit the photo studio with equipment and software that lent itself to high-volume photography that would have a consistent professional look, even when operated by lightly-trained photographers. Through careful work-flow planning, photography has been reduced to a ‘cookbook’ easily repeated by the rest of the teams.
